    Dr. Nathaniel Royals D.V.M.
    Veterinarian

    Dr. David Royals graduated Auburn University School of Veterinary Medicine, class of 1979, with a degree of veterinary medicine. Shortly after graduating, he established All Animal Clinic. Dr. Royals has since retired and enjoys his time with his wife, Daphne, children, and grandchildren.

    Dr. Kirk Frazier D.V.M.
    Veterinarian

    Dr. Kirk Frazier graduated from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1989; he has a special interest in canine/feline dermatology and allergies as well as canine knee disorders. Growing up, Dr. Cecil Boswell and Dr. Bill Canon encouraged Dr. Frazier with helping them with the cattle on his family's farm in Columbus, MS. From then, Dr. Frazier knew he wanted to help animals and their owners. He married RaDonna Land Frazier and together they have one son, Landon, and two dogs, Miss Irene - a miniature dachshund - and Mavis - a boxer. When not working, Dr. Frazier's hobbies include amateur radio and being an Eagle Scout. He has also received  the Pine Burr Area Council Silver Beaver Award.

    Dr. William "Butch" Russum D.V.M.
    Veterinarian

    Dr. William Russum graduated with a degree in Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1978. After selling his clinic in Magee, he joined Dr. Royals and Dr. Frazier at All Animal Clinic in 2004. Dr. Russum enjoys the everyday challenges being a veterinarian brings, and helping out those pets and their owners. He has a special interest in canine otolaryngology, dermatology, and allergies. Dr. Russum lives in Hattiesburg with his wife, Anne, two dogs, Zoey and Moses, and a cat. His favorite hobby is watching his grandsons play baseball and spoiling his granddaughter.

    Dr. Donald Palermo D.V.M.
    Veterinarian

    Dr. Donald 'Don' Palermo, a Vietnam Veteran, graduated from Auburn University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1977. Originally from Vicksburg, his love for dogs led Dr. Palermo to becoming a veterinarian where his favorite part is meeting and talking to the clients. Along with his special interest in small animal medicine and surgery, Dr. Palermo enjoys working with exotic animals and serves as Hattiesburg Zoo's full-time veterinarian. He married the love of his life, Ann, and together they have three children and five grandsons. You can find Dr. Palermo volunteering at Hardy Street Baptist Church teaching and celebrating recovery, or other relaxing activities such as golf, reading, and fishing in his spare time.

    Dr. Kayla Collins D.V.M.
    Veterinarian

    Dr. Kayla Collins graduated from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2016. In 2016, she was the recipient of the Farm Bureau Veterinary Scholarship. Dr. Collins has a special interest in feline medicine, animal nutrition, and soft tissue surgery. Growing up, Dr. Collins would assist the veterinarians on her family's farm in Quitman, MS. She would get such a feeling of accomplishment helping the animals, and wanted to continue to do so as a career. Getting to know the pets and their owners and watching them grow is Dr. Collins' favorite part of being a veterinarian. Dr. Collins enjoys spending time with her husband, Clint, and daughter, Lila. Together they have a Labrador Retriever, Gus, and a cat, Cinder. In her spare time, Dr. Collins enjoys reading, baking, kayaking, and traveling.

  • Dr. Ellen Frazier
    Dr. Ellen Frazier

    Dr. Ellen Frazier graduated from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2020. Originally from New Albany, MS her love for animals and veterinary medicine started at a young age. In high school and college she worked for her local veterinary practice where she developed skills she uses everyday and was mentored by some wonderful doctors that drove her passion for the profession more. Dr. Ellen’s interest involves soft tissue surgery, ultrasonography, and everyday patient and client interactions and well being. She enjoys most loving on her patients and encouraging her clients about basic wellness practices in owning pets and developing long lasting relationships.

    Dr. Ellen is married to Dr. Landon Frazier who works at our sister clinic Purvis Animal Clinic. They are expecting their first daughter, Ellison Ruth, in March 2024. They also have two golden retrievers, Scout and Poppy Lynn, a lab mix named Tucker, and a cat whose name is Neppie Joe. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, doing CrossFit, and traveling!
