Puppy Care
Getting your puppy vaccinated involves a series of scheduled visits during the first year and beyond.
The recommended vaccinations include:
- Distemper and parvovirus at 6 to 8 weeks of age
- DHPP (this covers distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus) at 10 to 12 weeks
- DHPP and rabies at 16 to 18 weeks
- DHPP and rabies at 12 to 16 months
- DHPP - vaccination every 1 to 2 years
- Rabies - every 1 to 3 years (required)

Non-core vaccines include:
- Feline leukemia virus (FeLV)
- Chlamydophila Felis
- Bordetella bronchiseptica
